Attitude is Everything is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join us. This role has been created as part of the restructure of Attitude is Everything from April 2018 onwards, when the organisation enters a new Arts Council England funding period and becomes a Sector Support Organisation. The Administrator will provide support across the whole organisation including in company management, data and IT systems. They will provide support to the Project Team, ensuring that staff are appropriately supported to carry out their duties and projects. Aspects of the role involve a high degree of confidentiality.

We are looking for candidates who are experienced in working in the arts / cultural environment. They need to share a passion for improving deaf and disabled people’s access to live music.  They need to be motivated to learn and to self-develop. They need to have a high degree of interpersonal and communication skills; being approachable and co-operative, and having the ability to build relationships with colleagues and external contacts. They need a high level of integrity with the ability to maintain tact and diplomacy, trust and confidentiality. They need to be highly organised in a pressurised environment, with a proven ability to manage their own workload and multiple tasks. Their work needs to be of a high degree of accuracy.

£23,000 pro rata including London weighting + good benefits package 

Contract:            Permanent
Hours:                Part-time - 21 hours.

The hours are to be worked across 4/5 days per week.  Flexible working arrangements will be considered due to the nature of supporting the Board and Subcommittees, which may require some evening and weekend work.  Time off in Lieu is available. 

Pension:             10% employer contribution
Holiday:              26 days per year pro rata
Based:                London office, NW1
