JOB: Grassroots Project Manager

Attitude is Everything improves Deaf and disabled people’s access to live music by working in partnership with audiences, artists and the music industry.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as Grassroots Project Manager, taking responsibility for delivering our Charter of Best Practice project to grassroots venues and playing a significant part in driving forward our new Breaking the Sound Barriers programme.

Over 125 organisations have signed up to the Charter so far, including grassroots venues the Leadmill, Band on the Wall and the Half Moon, and national venues the Roundhouse, Manchester Arena and Liverpool Philharmonic Hall. The Grassroots Project Manager will support those that have signed up to honour their commitment to improve their accessibility each year, whilst forging relationships with new grassroots venues.

The role will oversee the implementation of the Grassroots Programme with all grassroots venues, from managing relationships, advising events producers on improving accessibility, writing guidance and tools to share with the music industry to improve their access, organising and delivering bespoke training and consultancy, and evaluating the impact of our work.

Terms and Conditions 

Salary: £32,439

Contract: Fixed term contract until 31st March 2021

Based: London office

Hours: 35 hours per week
