Charter Extended Support

If you are a venue or festival that wishes to join our Charter of Best Practice, we can provide a range of bolt-on services that do not come with the standard Charter sign-up process.

These can include:

  • In-person support for a day to create a comprehensive action plan with your team.
  • Pre-event on-site access consultation.
  • Access assessment during an event followed by a post-event access report.

This extra support is often essential if you wish to gain a Silver-level sign-off immediately (i.e. after a single instance of an event), rather than progressing through and being awarded the Bronze award first.
