Asking Artsline to undertake the first independent audit of Reading Festival was a big step forward, as it invited an honest and detailed report of our biggest event from disabled gig goers themselves. The no - nonsense feedback and constructive suggestions will be shared widely. They will be used to help us plan more effectively for next year and to continue raising access awareness among staff. we are proud of the achievements and we are determined to build on them. "
