Are you a woman with enthusiasm, commitment and passion? Or maybe you know one that may be interested?  If so, then the Powerhouse needs you!

We are a charity in East London run by and for women with learning difficulties. We run empowering workshops on healthy eating, independent living and life skills, providing advocacy and peer-support to our members.

We have a dynamic team of staff and volunteers who are committed to the goals of the organisation. We are currently recruiting for a new Part- Time Project Manager (paid) and Management Committee Members (voluntary). This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work in a small and dedicated team and take the organisation forward.

We are looking for inspirational leaders, with strong management and fundraising skills taking the Powerhouse into the next stage of its growth and ensuring financial sustainability. This will include overseeing partnerships, health and safety, monitoring and evaluation and marketing whilst working within Powerhouse’s policies and procedures.

Both of these positions require an enhanced CRB check!
